MINDFULNESS TEACHER & CRANIOSACRAL THERAPIST

Jess (Dayadarsini) Pailthorpe, RCST

In 2004 Jess first walked through the doors of the Bristol Buddhist Centre and immediately knew that the path of mindfulness & meditation were for her. At the time, she was leading a busy life as a single parent with a demanding career and was looking for ways of working with her frazzled mind & heart. There was also a sense of looking for deeper meaning in life. Jess has continued her journey and commitment to this path which led to her being Ordained (hence the name Dayadarsini) into a Buddhist Community in 2021.   As a Craniosacral therapist, Jess realised the huge potential that mindfulness offers those experiencing stress, anxiety, pain and long-term health conditions. The obvious choice was to train with Breathworks, who are well known for their Mindfulness based approach to pain management and stress.  She teaches these courses, as well as groups and workshops, both online and in person and particularly enjoys the way mindfulness helps people live richer, fuller, more awake lives – with more freedom and joy.   Alongside working as a Craniosacral therapist, Jess lives with her two daughters in a quiet corner of Hereford.
