1 to 1 Sessions

One off sessions, a short series or a whole course - at times to suit you

About 1 to 1 Sessions:

You can arrange one to one sessions, via Zoom or in person, with Jess. The advantage is that they can be arranged at times that are mutually convenient - which may work better for you than joining a group course. You may like to book a simple one-off session to try mindfulness out, have a short series of sessions, or book a full course. This is suitable for those brand new to Mindfulness and those with more experience who want to deepen or reconnect with their practice or address specific issues.

Costs:

Individual sessions cost £50 / 1.5 hrs

A 6 week course costs £300. This comprises 6 x 1.5 hour sessions (in Hereford or online) and includes audio downloads, course book and workbook. Home practice is an important part of a course - allow approx 30 minutes per day
